In this video, Adrien Monteiro, the Modeling Supervisor for the film, explains the immense challenge of creating the environments, focusing on Humdinger’s iconic tower. Designed to reflect the character’s grandiose personality, the tower was envisioned as the tallest building in the world, with his office at the very top, symbolizing his megalomania.

While constructing the tower in Maya was relatively straightforward, the real challenge lay in planning its destruction. This required detailed modeling of intact, semi-destroyed, and fully destroyed versions to ensure consistency. With action sequences taking place across eight levels, the team meticulously coordinated the different stages of the asset. Six modelers collaborated on this monumental task, emphasizing precision and teamwork to bring this key element of the film to life.
