Today we spotlight Muralireddy K V V N – Lead, Assets at Mikros Animation, who talks about their first project since joining Mikros, biggest inspirations, superpowers, and gives us an insight into their role at Mikros Animation.
What is the best part of your job?
As a Team Lead in the animation industry, the best part of the job is the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of talented artists and animators. It’s rewarding to see their skills grow and witness the incredible work they produce under your guidance. Additionally, being involved in the creative process and witnessing the development of my team members is truly fulfilling. Overall, the ability to make a significant impact on the quality and success of animation projects is one of the most gratifying aspects of being a Team Lead in the industry.
What was the first project you worked on when you joined Mikros Animation?
When I joined the company, my first project was King Julian!
Share your student and professional background to get to your position at Mikros Animation!
Since childhood, I was very good at painting, so I decided to pursue this as career and completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Sri Venkateswara College of Fine Arts. This really helped me to improve my skills and then I got a job in Animation industry, and I kept working hard to learn new software and techniques.
Who or what inspires you?
My biggest inspiration in life has always been my father Subbareddy. He taught me to always work hard for what you want to achieve in life.
If you had to be a character in Mikros Animation’s films and series, who would you be?
I would be Orion from Orion and the Dark!
Your biggest achievement so far?
My biggest achievement is always finishing my work within a deadline. Even if I have less time, I always deliver my work on time.
What would be your superpower? 
My potential superpower could be “Artistic Mastery.” I want to possess an extraordinary ability to bring art to life. My superpower would allow me to express myself creatively and make a profound impact on the world through my art.
What advice would you give to your younger self? 
IIf I could give advice to my younger self, it would be to embrace failure and learn from it – to not be afraid to take risks and make mistakes. Each failure is an opportunity for growth and learning. Embrace them as steppingstones towards success.
