If you had to pick an alternate career, what would you do?

I would pick hotel management as an alternate career because of my passion for cooking – I’ve been cooking every day for the last decade.

What’s the best and worst part of being in animation?

Everything is the best! I’m enjoying all the work that I am doing right now. As for the worst part, there are none and I’m just learning things to build my career.

Which animated character do you identify with the most?

Cinderella. She always shows kindness towards everyone. She cares for all living beings, and she treats everyone with respect. She is a dreamer who uses her wishes as motivation to complete her work each day. I also dream of impacting each of my team as an individual.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a child who wants to do what you do?

Be truthful to yourself, do whatever satisfies you and makes you happy in your life.

Did you have a mentor? How did they help shape your outlook on the industry and your career?

Yes, Prema B N from R&D is my mentor. I met her at a gathering we were attending, and she is a close friend of my cousin. She is the one who introduced me to this industry and helped me to build my career in animation. She told me about her work, explained how the animation business works and eventually referred me to for a role in the industry.

What piece of work are you most proud of?
I’m proud of my work ethic and the contributions I’ve made to the team here.
