Marvellous Mikros Animation Moments at Bengaluru Comic Con

Mikros Animation was in a prime position to showcase the exciting animation our artists in Bengaluru work on to over 45000 visitors at Bengaluru Comic Con on 19 & 20 November. Organized by Comic Con India, the event is a hallmark of the pop cultural landscape in the city and India, with international and Indian artists and their fans in attendance. Animation is an exciting, continuously growing discipline in content creation and Comic Con offered a fantastic avenue for attendees to interact with content creators from our leading CGI animation studio.

The weekend began with a fantastic introduction to the world of Mikros Animation with Manoj A Menon, Creative Director and Leon Christian, Head of Creative Operations. It was a great opportunity to share Mikros Animation’s partnerships with the biggest studios on projects such as Star Trek: Prodigy, Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight, Dragons: The Nine Realms, PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie, and included some fascinating insights into the production of Ozi: The Voice of The Forest.

Over the two days of Bengaluru Comic Con, attendees could learn about the impact the team at Mikros Animation Bengaluru has on the global animation scene at our stall. The stall was truly eye-grabbing thanks to the whimsical Candy Lab theme. In addition, the fantastic reels on screen, Candy Lab-themed stickers, live sketching, and colourful lollipops ensured many visitors were instantly intrigued to find out more about Mikros. The content appealed most to those who are young at heart, even if they have grown up!

The bright and inviting booth saw thousands of visitors interacting with the team and being introduced to the presence of the creative team and talent in Bengaluru. The 20+ members of the team also had a blast introducing the role they play in the studio to the Comic Con crowd.
